The magic of fresh herbs and spices, as well as many different kinds of nuts, characterise Levantine cuisine.
Among the ingredients are pine, pistachio, almond, and sesame, as well as beans and pulses.
In Levantine cuisine, we use lots of squeezes of lemon whose presence is as necessary as sunlight.
Ollies kitchen is stocked every day with the freshest and finest ingredients, each offering a gateway into a culinary journey that's as exotic as it is delicious.
